Working Professional

Train Before Work

Our 6:00am No Gi BJJ class (Mon–Thu) gets you trained and showered before the workday starts. One hour, done.

Evening Sessions

After-Work Training

5:00pm and 6:15pm classes run Monday to Thursday — stack two back-to-back for a big session, or pick one.

Weekend Roll

Saturday Open Mat

Free-flow training at 11am Saturday. Drill what you learned during the week or just come and roll.

Serious Competitor

Friday + Saturday Combo

Comp Class Friday 11am, then Open Mat Saturday 11am. Add 3–4 evening sessions for a full tournament-prep week.
