Our Classes
From traditional Gi BJJ to full MMA training, we offer a range of classes to suit every interest and skill level.
No Gi BJJ
Learn submissions, sweeps, and positional control without the traditional gi — fast-paced and dynamic grappling that translates directly to self-defence and MMA.
Gi BJJ
Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the gi. Master grips, collar chokes, and the technical depth that makes BJJ the world's most effective ground-fighting art. Perfect for building a strong technical foundation.
MMA
Mixed Martial Arts combines striking, clinch work, takedowns, and ground fighting. These sessions prepare you for all aspects of combat sports, and are great for fitness, self-defence and self-confidence.
Competition Class
Dedicated Gi and No Gi BJJ competition training for athletes preparing to compete. Higher intensity drilling, specific sparring scenarios, and competition strategy with champion-level coaching.
Open Mat
Saturday's open mat is your chance to roll freely, drill techniques, and train at your own pace. A relaxed session for all levels to practice what they've learned during the week in a supportive environment.
Striking
Sharpen your stand-up game with technical boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing training. Learn proper punching mechanics, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work — building the striking skills that complete a well-rounded martial artist.
Kids Classes
Fun, structured BJJ classes for kids that build confidence, discipline, and coordination. Our coaches teach age-appropriate techniques in a safe, supportive environment where children learn respect, focus, and how to defend themselves.
